Permission is granted to stream videos and download practice materials on the Site for personal, non-commercial private viewing only. This permission is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Limitations
In no event shall Patch Tattoo Therapy be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the training and materials on the the Site website /videos/conferences or the like including but not limited to the use of its training and products. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you and such Jurisdictional choice of laws will prevail in the event the Venue and choice of Laws provision at The Governing Law section below is deemed unenforceable.

All data posted by users on the education platform including posts in the Community, comments in Lessons, etc. may be used on Patch Tattoo Therapy social media accounts or other marketing materials for promotional purposes. They may also be used for educational materials, which may be shared with others and for which Patch Tattoo Therapy may charge a fee. Users will not receive any compensation for the use of posts, comments, questions, etc.
Governing Law
Any claim relating to and against Patch Tattoo Therapy and its related entities and website shall be governed by the laws, choice of Laws, venue and Jurisdiction of Los Angeles, State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
The parties (you, the customer, and Patch Tattoo Therapy) hereby submit the following dispute to mediation administered by an Alternative Dispute Resolution specialist. The mediator will be chosen by Patch Tattoo Therapy LLC. The fees and costs of the mediation will be the sole responsibility of the customer or their agents. Mediation for any dispute will take place in Los Angeles, California. A single mediation session shall not exceed 8 hours. For mediation to take place all parties must be personally present or have a representative present with the authority to enter into an agreement of resolution on behalf of the represented party.
RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES
It is understood by you that you are a Customer or Licensee only. Patch Tattoo Therapy will not provide any fringe benefits, insurance, vacation or otherwise upon your becoming a member. Any and all of your family, staff employees and associates shall be bound to the same terms as you under this agreement.
REFUND POLICY
ALL Purchases are considered ‘final sale’, and are non-refundable.
ENFORCEMENT
In the event Patch Tattoo Therapy must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to recovery of a reasonable attorneys fees and Court costs as well as actual and punitive damages associated with such recovery.
CONSENT
Upon purchasing a course from Patch Tattoo Therapy, you consent to receive emails about content updates, promotions, and various other newsletters. You also consent to allowing your email address to be used in a “look-a-like” audience for social media and search engine optimization advertising algorithms to find new prospective customers with similar likes and interests.
